Good concept, but still not fully ready for prime time

iPhone 4, iOS 6. - works well only some times. Data usage tracking is working, but for calls is unreliable. For several times now, it has failed to warn me about the remaining time. Some other times, the alarm just keeps ringing. Also, it fires the alarm for calls not in the free calls list. The watchdog mode does not keep track of outside usage.
